Return & Cancellation Policy
This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to mindful eating coaching sessions and related paid offerings purchased from Beamueherbal, based at 87 Messines Road, Karori, Wellington 6012, New Zealand.
1. Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions and multi-session packages may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at our discretion. No refund is provided for late cancellations.
- If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you.
2. Four-Week Guided Path
If you wish to withdraw from a four-week guided coaching package after the first session has taken place, a partial refund may be issued for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of the most recent completed session.
3. Group Awareness Workshops
Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop date if one is available.
4. Digital Resources
Printable workbooks and digital materials included with coaching packages are provided upon session commencement. Because these materials are delivered digitally, they are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email at info@beamueherbal.world or by phone at +64 22 678 9889. Please include your name, the service purchased, and the date of the session or event.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If a service fails to meet a guarantee under that Act, you may be entitled to a remedy.
